Starter — €12/month + VAT — 1 property, up to 20 bookings/month.
Pro — €25/month + VAT — up to 3 properties, unlimited bookings, 1 public site.
Agency — €60/month + VAT — up to 10 properties, everything unlimited, up to 5 public sites.
Payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as Merchant of Record — it automatically handles VAT for your country, and it's Polar (not ALpronto directly) that charges your card.
Inside the app, go to Settings → Plan, choose the new plan and confirm checkout. The change takes effect immediately.
There's no lock-in or minimum period. Access the customer portal (Polar) from the app and cancel anytime.
Yes. Since Polar is the Merchant of Record, it automatically issues the invoice with the correct VAT for your country on every payment.
