How to create bookings, sync with Airbnb/Booking and avoid double-booking.
In the dashboard, open Bookings → New Booking and fill in the dates, guest and amount. The booking immediately shows up in the calendar.
On Airbnb and Booking.com you can export an iCal link for your listing (under "Calendar" → "Sync calendars"). Paste that link into the property settings on ALpronto and booked dates will start showing up automatically.
Automatic sync runs every 4 hours. If you need an immediate update (for example right after a new booking), you can also trigger a manual sync in the app.
With iCal connected for all your platforms, the calendar always shows real availability and warns you before you confirm dates already booked elsewhere.
Yes. In the visual calendar you can mark blocks directly, without creating a booking — useful for maintenance, longer cleanings, or personal use of the property.
